  • Confirmation: Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it and send you a confirmation email within 3 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Conditions and Exceptions

  • Refund Window: Refund requests made after the 7 days of enrollment are not eligible for a refund.
  • Course Completion: If you have completed more than 20% of the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Discounted Courses: Courses purchased at a discount or during a promotion are eligible for a refund under the same 7-day policy unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter any technical issues accessing the course, please contact our support team immediately. Refunds due to technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
