Our programmes provide immediate access to curated academic content, assessments and instructor support. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following refund framework applies.

7-Day Refund Window

Learners may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment by emailing founders@franish.com. Requests must be sent from the registered email address.

Administrative Charges — 100 CAD Deduction

All approved refunds are subject to a flat administrative processing fee of 100 CAD. This fee covers payment gateway costs, administrative handling of enrolment reversal, digital resources already provisioned, and onboarding operations. 100 CAD will be deducted from the refundable amount; the remaining balance will be issued to the learner.

Non-Refundable After 7 Days

Refunds cannot be issued after the 7-day window due to the digital and academic nature of our services. This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, scheduling conflicts, partial participation, perceived pace/intensity, or shifts in immigration/exam timelines.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only for: duplicate payments or technical payment errors. Even in exceptional cases, the 100 CAD administrative deduction may apply unless the error originated from our systems. Refund processing time: 7–14 business days.

Agreement

Enrollment constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy, including the 100 CAD administrative deduction.
